Off the Slopes in Steamboat Springs

The New York Times is at it once again, writing another article about Steamboat Springs. Who doesn’t love Steamboat! It seem as though they can’t get enough of this place. This year alone they have written a few articles that evolve Steamboat and the latest article is written by Michelle Auerbach and titled Off the Slopes in Steamboat Springs.

The newly published article talks about the restaurants and breweries that have recently opened in Steamboat. The article goes on to name a few of the new hot spots in town including, Bistro C.V., Low – Country Kitchen, and E3 Chophouse.

If you haven’t made it out to these restaurants I highly suggest that you do. Bistro C.V. is a modern restaurant with a spin on local inspired ingredients. Fresh and Fun!

Low-Country Kitchen is Southern cooking at its finest. At Low you can find all of the Southern food you love like biscuits, Mississippi Catfish, and 24 hour buttermilk fried chicken.

If your looking for a steak E3 Chophouse is a must. All of the beef at E3 comes from the family owned ranch in Kansas. The E3 restaurant sits overlooking the Yampa River, great for those summer nights. The menu includes almost every type of meat including Elk.

If you are looking for restaurant advice give me a call. I know where are the best spots are!
